Ahearn Fund Athletic Hospitality (AFAH) is K-State’s hospitality and special events office. AFAH directs, coordinates and supervises all Ahearn Fund and K-State Athletics special events, as well as manages all hospitality efforts for the premium seating areas for football, men’s & women’s basketball and baseball.
The mission of Ahearn Fund Athletic Hospitality is to provide the upmost hospitality and excellence in management of game day operations in premium seating areas, while performing consistently with the expectations of the donors and the University alike.
The Ahearn Fund Athletic Hospitality Office also oversees all facility rentals located within K-State Athletics, highlighted by the West Stadium Center at Bill Snyder Family Stadium. These spaces are great for weddings, corporate meetings, staff retreats and board meetings.
