Tours of select K-State Athletics facilities are conducted by Ahearn Fund Athletic Hospitality staff, and provide fans with an inside look at various features and spaces otherwise off limits to the general public. All tours are $50 per group of 25 people or less and $100 per group for more than 25 people. All available viewing areas are subject to change and/or cancellation based on event schedule. Look below for tour details, and 785 532-2876 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
West Stadium Center
Come view this extraordinary $80+ million facility, housing student athlete dining as well as premium seating for K-State Football games. Completed in the fall of 2013, this is one of K-State’s more recent additions and will amaze you with its grandeur and beautiful views of the football field.
Due to closed practices of K-State Football, we cannot give tours during scheduled football practice times. Typically, it is best to book a tour no later than 2:00 p.m. on a week day. The West Stadium Center is also rented out for events and meetings, and therefore we must check this schedule before confirming a tour. Weekends of home football games or bye weekends are not available.
Enter through Gate 1 or 5 of the Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium west parking lot. Guests should park outside of the West Stadium Center, near Gate B. Your tour guide will meet you at the Bill Snyder statue.
Basketball Training Facility
Experience first-hand the rich tradition of K-State basketball as you tour the new Basketball Training Facility, completed in the summer of 2012. Fans can get an inside look at this amazing facility and all that it offers our athletes.
Availability of the Basketball Training Facility is especially limited when the men’s and women’s basketball teams are in-season (October-End of March), so it is best to request a tour outside of this time frame. Fans should also be aware that these tours are subject to change and not all viewing areas may be available depending on when athletes are using the facility. All tour requests will be confirmed only if there is facility availability for that date and time. Weekdays are the best days to schedule tours, and weekends of home football games are not available.
Enter through Gate 7 of the Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium east parking lot. Drive past the East Stadium and park outside the Basketball Training Facility. Your tour guide will meet you in the main lobby.
Bramlage Coliseum & Football Indoor Complex
Fans can make reservations to get a closer look at two different sport facilities. You will learn more about the history of Bramlage Coliseum followed by access to the K-State Football’s Indoor Practice Facility!
Availability is limited while the men’s and women’s basketball teams are in season (October – end of March) and during other special events like graduation, concerts, and camps. Tours during home football or basketball games are not available.
Enter through Gate 1 or 5 of the Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium west parking lot. Tour guests should park in the West parking lot of Bramlage Coliseum near the Ernie Barrett statue. Guests can then meet their tour guide at the Northwest Entrance.
Intercollegiate Rowing Center
Come learn about the K-State Rowing team’s fierce dedication and competitive spirit with a tour through the new indoor rowing facility, completed in 2013. You will leave wanting to become a rower yourself!
The best time to tour the Intercollegiate Rowing Center is in July. Other options can include between the hours of 12-3pm in August or between the hours of 1-3pm during the school year. If you have a request that falls outside this time frame, we can check availability but please be advised that we may not be able to grant your request. Weekdays are the best days to schedule tours, and weekends of home football games are not available.
Additionally, it is best to limit tour groups to 30 people or less for this facility.
Guests should enter through Gate 8 of the Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium east parking lot and park and then walk to the front door of the Intercollegiate Rowing Center to meet their tour guide.
