Under current Internal Revenue Code provisions, no more than 80% of an
amount paid to or for the benefit of an institution of higher education
may be treated as charitable contribution if, as a result of the
payment, the donor receives the right to purchase tickets for seating at
an athletic event in an athletic stadium at the institution. You

apply to you.
