President Kirk Schulz and Dr. Noel Schulz were also in attendance to thank NLC members for their remarkable impact on the student-athletes that attend Kansas State University.
To cap off the weekend, NLC members took part in a Pre-Game Party prior to the K-State/Oklahoma football game. Architects from MW Builders were on hand to give an update on the construction of the K-State Basketball Training Facility.
The National Leadership Circle of the Ahearn Fund is a comprehensive program for K-State’s top level of annual donors to athletics. In 2010-11, the nearly 300 members of the NLC accounted for 39% of total giving ($5.2 million) to the Ahearn Fund.
