The Ahearn Fund is in the process of launching several initiatives designed to increase the overall membership base while providing support to exisiting members. Read more below about current initiatives or programs currently in the pilot phase.
The strength of Kansas State University has always been the grass roots involvement and support received from alumni and fans across the state of Kansas and throughout the country. It is the collective support of thousands of members that make the Ahearn fund the number one source of revenue for K-State Athletics and provides the department the ability to provide a world class student athlete experience – including an opportunity to graduate while competing for championships.
One of the goals of the Ahearn Fund is to continue to increase this grass roots involvement by encouraging alumni and fans to become members. With that goal in mind, we are introducing an exciting pilot program in your area. This program, called the Ahearn Fund Volunteer Representative Program, is designed to accomplish one goal: increase involvement with and support of K-State Athletics.
To reach out to some of the thousands of potential new members, we need your help! There is no one more effective at recruiting new Ahearn Fund members than current Ahearn Fund members like you.
This program is currently in the "pilot phase." In order to best serve the future members of this program we have selected three zones in which we will test its the viability and feasibility. The following map reflects the pilot zones that were selected on their distinct population density variations. It is our hope to open the program to all Ahearn Fund members, no matter their location, as soon as we are comfortable with the policies and procedures of the Ahearn Fund Representative Program.
